Equipment required:
A working PC.
A tape drive.
A tape compatible with the tape drive.
1. Install a tape backup drive.
Internal or external.
2. Install appropriate backup software.
3. Create a demonstration folder on the hard drive with about 20MB of data
in it.
4. Backup the demo directory that you created onto the tape.
5. Delete the demo directory from the hard drive. Have your instructor verify
that the data is indeed gone.
6. Restore the data from the tape back to the hard drive. Have your
instructor verify that the data has been restored.
